"The Hot Tub and Pool were closed. Honestly that was a big disappointment but the room was great. The people in the room next door were loud and i heard banging all through the night. Honestly would recommend a quit hour for future reference."

"We had a nice time staying here during the holidays. The lobby area was decorated festively, and there were free concerts each evening. The hotel is located in an area convenient to downtown Harrisonburg. We enjoyed the cafe and the full breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The art gallery on the mezzanine was also a nice feature. Two things that were a disappointment: the room had a funny smell. We wondered if it had been a pet-friendly room and a lot of bleach was used? The smell was off-putting. Secondly, the beds were surprisingly uncomfortable. Overall, we had a good experience, but some areas could be improved."

"The breakfast was less than ok. The coffee was very cheap. The hotel is new and well maintained , but with some issues. The aircondition was loud. Running water made very loud noise, even in neighboring rooms. Very annoying. The toiletry was enough for one person only. The bedroom was nice and big and the bed was nice and comfortable. The bathroom was quite big, but poorly designed. Quite big, but very little room to put your toiletries on. For the price , it’s good. The receptionist can be a bit nicer and more welcoming. You will get no help from him. "

"The first thing I saw when I opened the bathroom was a fat black fly on the toilet. It was an awful first impression and immediately made me question the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. A guest should be able to walk into a bathroom and feel that it is clean and sanitary, but that was not my experience. The fact that this happened before summer made it even more concerning and left me with little confidence in the property’s standards."
