Experience a Colorado mountain villa right here in Ohio, while enjoying 3 miles of private serenity, vistas & picturesque landscape. With exceptional amenities such as 2 overlook decks, a 7-person hot tub, outdoor dining with motorized bay screens & fans, a propane fire bowl, along with plenty of indoor living space! This Villa offers 4 free parking spots with extra shared parking if needed!

$150 first pet • $100 each additional pet (non-refundable)
Please disclose pets when booking. Undisclosed pets: $200 non-refundable fee.

-Check-in after 3:00 PM • Check-out before 11:00 AM (unless paid for via guest portal)
-NO SMOKING INSIDE OF UNIT
-Please flush only toilet paper (no wipes, tampons, etc.)
-Do not use the wood counters as cutting boards – clean only with the provided solution
-Always turn off propane when not in use
-Keep the hot-tub cover on when not in use
-Return all furniture to its original place before checkout
-Host reserves the right to remove guests from the property, without refund and at host discretion, for any violation of these rules.
-Guests are fully responsible for any damage or missing items during their stay.
-Host is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to guest belongings.

We had an amazing stay. These villas were built beautifully with a lot of thought. Very close to 33 - so convenient to a lot. We would definitely consider staying again with our group!

This property is extremely gorgeous, well maintained with scenic trails close by. The owners are punctual and kind. I highly recommend this property for a serene, large group gathering.
