With a nod to local history, Coal Mine Ridge pays tribute to an 1800's era when coal mining was life! The great room, which lives up to its name, boasts 40+ ft ceilings and Ohio-sourced, vintage barnwood. There is even an incredible game room with the Hocking Hills' very first state-of-the-art "coal mine" 2 lane duck-pin bowling alley! Outside you will find expansive covered patios with outdoor seating and a seasonal in-ground swimming pool- open Memorial Day-Oct 1st (optionally heated). Coal Mine Ridge can also be rented with Tranquility Ridge, Water's Edge, Hideaway, Secluded and Sterling Lodge within walking distance to accommodate 45+ people.
