I didn't get what i paid for, no hot tub, no roll away crib for my baby, no microwave in my room and the receptionist was very unfriendly when i was checking in.

Best Western Rochester Marketplace Inn
Towel replacement was an issue, housekeeping does not replenish towels…you have to ask the supervisor to give them to you if you’re staying for more then one night, sink was not draining, maintenance did not fix it even though it was reported on the first day
