• Check-in is at 4:00pm (or later, anytime works after since it`s self check-in), check-out is at 11am
• All three bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the 2nd floor of this home
• 🅿️ One parking spot is included right next to the property for your convenience. It is a narrow spot that you will have to parallel park in, but it will fit most vehicles
• 🚶‍♂️ Our home is within walking distance to East and Alexander St, putting you close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and bars that Rochester has to offer
• The home is located on a narrow alley street off of a main road, giving you advanced privacy for your stay here in Rochester
• This is an older home in Rochester, NY (as almost all of them are in Downtown), but with excellent cleaning and maintenance we make it as comfortable as possible for you
• Please note that for all VRBO bookings we require a pre-authorized hold on your credit card of $300 as a security deposit for your stay. This will be charged 5 days before your check-out and will be released back to you 2 days after check-out given no damages to the property
