Idéalement placé dans le centre de Rochefort. Les escaliers pour accéder aux étages sont étroits, je déconseille aux personnes ayant du mal à monter ou avec de gros bagages. Chambre propre, une rénovation du sol ne serait pas un luxe.

Je trouve dommage que le personnel de l’hôtel ne réponde pas au téléphone et seulement au mail. J ai essayé de joindre par 3 fois l’hôtel en expliquant que je risquais d’arriver pour 21h ou légèrement après à cause de travaux sur la route (faisant qd même 6h de route) et heureusement que je suis arrivée à 20h55 sinon je n’avais aucun accès ni clé pour rentrer ds l’hôtel. La personne de l’hôtel m’a juste dit que j’avais bcp de chance d’arriver à 5 mn et que personne répondait aux appels ni regardaient les messages laissés. Ne prenait en compte que les mails. Peut être serait il intéressant de le préciser ou de revoir l’organisation.

L'hôtel est en plein centre ville et proche de toute commodité et à seulement 30 minutes de la Rochelle. Le gérant est extrêmement accueillant et sympathique et le buffet du petit déjeuner est très copieux.

Hôtel qui mérite un ravalement total, déjections de pigeons entassés sur le rebord de fenêtre, chambre pas isolée, pas de climatisation, joints de salle de bain encrassés, salle de bain trop étroite, plage restreinte imposée pour le petit déjeuner, accueil partiellement fermé, pas de veille à partir de 21h....cerise sur le gâteau : on vous débite la chambre de la collègue absente pour impondérable de dernière minute alors que l'hôtel n'est pas complet( je m'interroge sur la saisie d'associations de consommateurs ce sujet)....Je suis parti avant la fin du séjour..Je n'y retournerai pas et vous recommande d'éviter

オススメします

ロシュフォール駅からは徒歩15分程度で近いとは言えませんが、市内中心部に位置していますので観光には便利です。運搬橋までは徒歩20〜30分程度です。ホテルの周りにはスーパー等飲食物を購入できるお店はたくさんあります。私が滞在した土曜日の朝はマルシェも開かれていました。ホテルのスタッフさんは対応が良く、気持ち良く利用させていただけました。フロント対応時間外にホテルを出入りする場合の方法も丁寧に教えて下さり、チェックアウト後もその方法で荷物の保管をして下さいました。

La chambre est en rez de chaussee donnant sur les places de parking. Impossible d'ouvrir les fenetres car elles donnent sur les voitures. Une odeur pregnante d'humidite regne dans la chambre !!! Deception totale.

Hôtel à éviter. Trop cher.

Très décevant comme hôtel. Autant au niveau de la propreté que de la chambre. Escalier très étroit pour monter à notre chambre. Ressemble plus à une cage à lapin qu'à une chambre. Prix trop élevé par rapport au poroduit. Incapable d'utiliser l'Internet qui ne fonctionnait pas. A éviter à tout prix.
