「Great apartment in a good part of Rome without too many tourists. Very comfortable. It has a nice patio, and the beds were comfortable. Good communication with the contact person. Easy to walk to from the Tiburtina Station. Coffee shops, grocery stores, and gelato nearby. Air conditioning. 」

「This was a perfect place for four people. Plenty of space and not a far walk to the Metro into Rome proper or the train station if you're arriving that way. We drove in and there were plenty of parking garages nearby, though street parking would have cheaper if we could've found it. 」

「This property is gorgeous, with such interesting details. The only reason I didn’t give our stay a perfect rating is due to how difficult it was to find and we could have used tips on parking in the area. After driving around for a very long time, we chose a spot we weren’t sure of and got a ticket! If you are better at navigating than we Americans, then you will be THRILLED with property!」

「Appartamento adeguato alle nostre esigenze: abbiamo trovato un letto molto comodo, la zona è tranquilla ed è vicino a tutto quello che c’è da visitare, con ampie possibilità di pranzo e cena fuori, anche se la cucina consente di preparare e consumare la colazione e non solo. Il bagno ha spazi un po’ ridotti ma comunque è funzionale. Buona la comunicazione con il proprietario che è stato gentile gente molto disponibile funzionale 」

「Die Wohnung ist komplett neu renoviert und in einem hervorragenden und sauberen Zustand. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Auch Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden. Die beiden Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage. Es gibt einen offenen und einen verglasten Balkon. Auf letzterem befindet sich die Waschmaschine und der Gas-Durchlauferhitzer. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. 「This property was a nice stay for 10 days. It was a little drive to the city so prepare to take 20 min Ubers which can be kind of pricey unless you want to take the 1hr train ride to the city. It got kind of loud at night , even with the doors and windows closed but that’s out of the owners control, I know. There is a washer and dryer which was very convenient. The mattresses and pillows weren’t the most comfortable but it was fine for the stay. There was lots of space to commune in the kitchen...

「Water in bathroom had to call in no plumber for two days no according to representative . Limited supply of towels. 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 days. After plumber came problem still persisted. Your feet get wet when go to toilet. Welcome kit not complete. Communication between representative was not up to par. Basically had to beg to get cleaning lady in.」
