El lugar esta bien; pero lejos de las atracciones de Rocamadour, lo bueno que traíamos carro y hay estacionamiento suficiente; Creo que decidiría mas por la Cite medieval si volviera a ir; alrededor del hotel no hay nada más que bosque; depende del modo en el que vayas.

This was an amazing hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful. The rooms were very clean, large with a lovely view on the deck of the gardens. The breakfast was also worth paying for. We would definitely come back to this hotel again. Best hotel we have stayed in so far during our France visit.

Bon séjour, lieu charmant

Le personnel a été super, rien à redire. L'hôtel est charmant, très jolie vue depuis le restaurant, situé à proximité de Rocamadour, de grottes ou encore de fermes et fromageries à visiter. Le dîner dans le restaurant a été très bon. La propreté quant à elle est à revoir. Le sol de la chambre, les toiles d'araignée dans les parties communes ou même sur la porte d'entrée donnent une impression de laisser aller.

Non offre i servizi di un hotel 4 stelle. Per due giorni consecutivi hanno dimenticato di pulire le stanze e di cambiare la biancheria come avevamo richiesto. L'albergo è gestito da ragazzi disorganizzati e per nulla preparati. Peraltro nessuno sa una parola di inglese. Quindi per noi è stato impossibile riuscire a comunicare adeguatamente. Livello scadente, non consigliabile.

Correcto. Mejorar limpieza.

En general bastante bien aunque tuvimos que limpiar la taza del inodoro, al levantar la tapa estaba manchado de orina. La ducha tarda en salir el agua caliente y hay que tener precaución de no abrir totalmente el grifo, de lo contrario se sale toda el agua fuera. El desayuno fue abundante y completo.

Le cadre de l’hôtel est vraiment extraordinaire et très dépaysant — un vrai plaisir pour se ressourcer. En revanche, il est évident que l’établissement souffre d’un manque de personnel. Le personnel en place, bien que professionnel et aimable, était clairement débordé, notamment au petit déjeuner où un seul serveur devait tout gérer. Ce n’est pas une critique envers lui, qui faisait de son mieux, mais plutôt un constat sur une organisation perfectible pour un établissement 4 étoiles.

Emplacement super, réception super , petit déjeuner super chambre surface bien manque un siège ,salle de bain manque un douche ; l'hotel est en travaux , d'accord mais lorsque les chambres sont mis a disposition ,la propreté doit ètre présente ce n'est pas le cas dans les wc .
