「Dirty sheets, and employee got an attitude because we asked to hand them changed. Completely ignored us as he yanked the sheets off the bed. All we asked was if they were going to change the sheets…. Never answered us and my husband asked several times. We immediately checked right back out and got a full refund.」

「出張で利用しました。場所はミシシッピ州ですがメンフィス空港まで車で15分位で、ミシシッピ州側の方がホテルが若干安いみたいです。観光地ではグレースランドまで車で20分、Tanger Outlet Mallまで車で5分、ダウンタウンまでは車で30分位です。全て車での移動になりますがホテルの周りには、スーパー、レストラン、ホームセンターなどが幾つもあり、便利です。典型的なモーテルの作りで、部屋は全て外から直接入るタイプなので、セキュリティを気にされる方や、女性の方にはオススメしません。」

「Breakfast was sparse and had to ask for items-bathtub needs refurbishing-sink and shower water was yellow last night and again this morning even after running for a while. Plenty of hot water in room. Beds very comfortable and ac worked fine. No elevator and carpet on steps needed vacuuming. TV did not work which was disappointing!」
