"Air stop working I was there for a week every day was a problem with the air. They weren’t cleaning the rooms every day only if u asked "

"Did not use the gym across the street. Air conditioning was great. Parking is across the street but plenty of it. The staff is super friendly. But somebody had to do something about the maintenance. Lot of things falling apart"

"Was locked out my room for about 6 hours the staff moved me rooms and was very nice about the situation. "

"The room was dated but clean. The carpet could use a good scrub or replacing but overall it was clean. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices. "

"Everything was great except they dont have microwaves evenbthough we requested one so if you have any leftovers from the nice surrounding restaurants dont count on eating late-night afterwards "

"We enjoyed a clean hotel room, friendly staff, excellent live music in the hotel bar, free shuttle to Graceland, and safe parking in a gated lot with security patrols. One charming bonus - they serve free peanut butter sandwiches at 9:00pm because that’s what Elvis liked as a late night snack."
