"We had a great time celebrating Thanksgiving 2025. The house was beautiful and with everything we needed.There were enough supplies (toilet paper, garbage bags, coffee filters, shampoo, etc) and considering stores were not super close it was very convenient. Communication was excellent. They replied right away to all my questions. The only thing is the location of bathrooms, one per floor and on the second floor and basement the bathroom is inside one of the bedrooms. Depending on your group it might be a problem. It was not a major inconvenience for us. Just be aware. I personally think it is a perfect house for a group of 8 or 10 or families with tons of kids sharing bathrooms with their parents. We were 8 adults. We enjoyed it. "

"The hosts were extremely welcoming and answered all of our last minute questions. The house is perfect for a weekend away as a family or with friends. About 20 minutes away to Jim Thorpe and close enough to other amenities to make things easy for your stay! We will absolutely be back in the future."

"House was very clean and had everything you needed. We didn't end up using the hot tub because it was extremely windy during our stay. Would recommend an upgrade to the pots and pans. Also, we couldn't get the k-cup portion of the coffee maker to work. Luckily, they supplied coffee and filters to make a carafe. We had a wonderfully relaxing time. The neighborhood was very peaceful."

"We are a family of 27, 15 adults and 12 children, and rented for the three day weekend. The house was very clean and accommodated all of us quite well. It’s big and there’s a lot of room so no one felt cramped even during dinner. The kitchen was well equipped and the island provided more seating. The house has a media room which was perfect for the mix of children. The grounds are great. The kids were able to explore the small pond, and although they had wet feet, loved every minute. The hot tub was also a hit with the older ones. Everything was very clean. Linens, toiletries, and paper products were provided. A nice touch!All of my communications were with Jasmine. She was quick to get back to me, polite, and easy to work with.Would recommend this vacation rental to anyone, especially large groups. We hope to return!-Linda "
