「Overall we had an excellent stay, however a couple of things. Other guests didn't respect the no noise after 10 PM rule and were quite loud which made it very hard to sleep as obviously in tents like these you hear everything. Also, we were struggling to enter the property when checking in. We were supposed to use the code for the gate received by email, but we weren't able to check our email and we were stuck for half an hour, trying to call the emergency number to no avail. 「We had a great one night stay when taking the NCCR (New Cape Central Railway) wine tasting train in Robertson. Good walking distance to the raiway. Friendly staff, great beds, excellent location and stunning gardens. I especially loved the sculptures in the garden. We bought some food and wine after the train, and had a stay at home tapas dinner. The staff helped us to make a fire, and we sat outside in the fall evening enjoying the lovely outdoor space 」

「Good and bad impressions」

「This is one of my favourite places near Robertson. Beautiful setting with a little pond you can overlook from the bar. In the evening phantastic atmosphere and vwry peaceful. Also the staff very friendly and I received an excellent breakfast. Had been here before when it still was Rosendal Winery. Now new owners who have some excellent ideas how to develop the place. I really enjoyed the discussion with them. Hope to come back one day and see the further development」
