"Sonesta is a nice old style beach resort. Our stay was pleasant, the location is very pretty. Front desk reception team was lovely! The breakfast buffet was nice, but the team needs more training on how to communicate with guests. I tried to seat out side with my kids and a waitress screamed at us out of now"

"This was absolutely one of the best places we have stayed in though VRBO! Check in was a breeze. The place was exceptionally clean, and well stocked with everything we needed for our spring break getaway to the beach. It was also tastefully decorated and felt very cozy and comfortable. The beds were amazing. We all slept so well. One thing I cannot say enough about is the amount of towels provided and hooks in the unit for hanging up things like clothes, jackets, swimming suits, beach towels, bath towels etc. I feel like those things are so overlooked at other places we’ve stayed. But not here! Jenny and Heather definitely know what they’re doing. Great hosts. Communication was excellent. They checked in with us to see if everything was going well. And whenever I had a question they usually responded within the hour. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation stay! "

"A great place to share with other families. My brother, sister and our children shared this rental on our most recent stay. Owner is extremely responsive with any questions. My brother and his children really liked the setup. Every bedroom having their own bathroom is very helpful. Would highly recommend. "

"We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head. Everything about our stay was perfect! Our place was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with items you would need for a long stay. Our host, Debbie, set up a seamless check in and check out process. She was in contact with us as needed and was willing to help at any time. The location is ideal for walking or biking to pickleball or the beach. The porch was perfect for our morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. We would highly recommend staying at the "Southern Charm Villa""

"Love this property, perfect location. Nice amenities with pool, fitness center, close and easy access to the beach and things to do. Love that we could ride bikes all over the resort, close to outfitters where we could rent bikes, fishing poles, kayaks. If you like to play pickleball or tennis, lots of courts within walllkng distance, same for golfing. Just an overall amazing location. Highly recommend. Communication with the host was easy and very timely. Would definitely recommend and rebook this property!"
