The place was hard to locate.

My wife and I rented a studio with a kitchenette, washer and dryer for about a month. The place was clean, quiet, highly secured. The staff was very friendly and welcoming just the way anyone would like to be treated. The view from our room was very nice, the Pasig river and the surrounding skyline very impressive. Our room included an assigned parking space. Next to the living quarters is a huge shopping mall, grocery and world class shopping and dining. Public transportation is also available. Highly recommended place stay!

This unplanned trip to the Philippines—my first in almost four decades—brought me to this hotel because of its proximity to Asian Hospital, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Throughout my stay, every department—concierge, security, lounge, dining, housekeeping, transportation, and management—has demonstrated remarkable attentiveness. Staff remembered my preferences, noticed when I hadn’t eaten, checked on my well-being, and even helped me when I felt unwell. The breakfast and dinner teams worked seamlessly during busy periods, always with professionalism and kindness. Housekeeping added thoughtful touches that made my room feel like home. Even when small issues arose, management resolved them promptly and with care, turning potential frustrations into positive experiences. Staying for more than 45 days could have been challenging, but the warmth, consistency, and dedication of the entire team made me feel safe, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. I am deeply grateful for the exceptional service and hospitality I experienced throughout my stay.
