"I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately this stay did not meet expectations. The property is very outdated and appears to be in need of significant maintenance and deep cleaning. Our initial room had a strong mildew odor, and the bathroom was not clean. To the hotel’s credit, the manager was extremely kind, professional, and quickly accommodated our request to change rooms. While the second room smelled better, we encountered an even bigger issue: small roaches throughout the room, particularly in the bathroom. We observed them coming out of the walls, and some of the bathroom towels did not appear clean. The staff, especially the manager, were pleasant and helpful, which is why I did not give a lower rating. However, the condition of the property, cleanliness concerns, and pest issues made for a disappointing stay. The rooms need a thorough deep cleaning, and the property would benefit from updates and renovations."

"We were in Tampa to visit family. The hotel was in a good location for our needs. They also gave a free shuttle that will take you within 2 miles. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean but a little dated. Did not use the amenities we were only here to visit family. "
