I can’t believe you guys actually don’t go check these rooms because these this room was horrible. It was dirty. It had bugs in. It had blood on the wall. It don’t look like it got mopped or anything. It was ran down the TV didn’t work. The heater didn’t work, there was graffiti on the wall. It’s pretty sad. You guys need to like have representatives go out and check these rooms. It’s just crap. You guys have no people that go and check these rooms or see the area or do anything.

The first room we were given had a drip from the jacuzzi, missing fire alarm, no TV remote, smelled like smoke and was overall in poor condition. We were moved to a different room. Sheets were stained with brown spots and a hair was found in the bedding.

this appears to be a facility where smoking is allowed in rooms. We had asked for a non-smoking room but were assigned a room which reeked of tobacco smoke and also had a broken air-conditioner. The manager did offer a portable room heater but due to the smoke we were given another room. That room had a leaky faucet in the bathroom. Overall a run down hotel which should not be operated in the present state.

This is the third time staying here and the tv signal never works. They tell you upon arrival that they have a problem with the signal but I think owners are just being cheap and don’t want to pay for cable.

Upon checkin we were told that the Television in the room they were assigning us didn’t work. I told the receptionist that I like to watch Tv and prefer to be in a room where it woks. We were assigned a different room. When my husband went to take a shower, the shower didn’t work. I called the front desk I was told that he would come check it out. I told him we had somewhere to be and if he can just give me a different room, I even told him the one without a working Tv would be better than one with no shower. He told me he had just given it to someone else so he had no more rooms and would come check out the shower. He c as me yo the room and verified that it wasn’t working and miraculously has a room to move us to.

One problem after another with this property. Front desk area had water leaks left and right coming from the ceiling. Going up stairs the downspouts were not connected so we had water draining all over use and the stairs

About what you'd expect from a Days Inn
I mean, it's a place to sleep, and that's all I was looking for; but I still think it may have been worth it to spend a little more just to have peace of mind when it came to cleanliness. Everything definitely looks a little (or a lot) worn out. From the squeaky door when you enter the reception area, to the exposed wires along the stairs, and the parts of our room that either didn't work or were not cleaned thoroughly; its clear that this place needs a lot of maintenance. Our toilet lid wasn't on the tank, but rather on the floor, and clearly cracked, do we didn't attempt to put it back on. Also there were used toiletries from another guest left behind in the shower, which just seemed like lazy cleaning. Overall, I was just grateful to have a safe place to stay while out of town. I found the beds comfortable, and our towels were replaced by housekeeping (although not all of them, but thats fine), they also emptied our trash which I was grateful for.

The TV in my room didn't work and the remote for the tv was missing and the Door was kicked in recently and being held on by 1 screw

The TV did not work when we arrived. had to wait about an hour it to be fixed. Very inconvinient. The shower nob was basically broken, so finding hot water was a challenge.

I was disappointed the fact both towels were still wet and damp. My husband went down to the office and all they gave him was one towel and that was still damp. We tried the phone in the room to call and the phone would not work.

The shower head was broken water never was able to turn off completely. Never had any room service not even clean towels for the next day stay or bed made. The front lobby did not provide for not even any coffee service.

When I asked if I could have a 1st floor room. They told they only had 2nd floors available. I ask if they had an elevator, they said no. I explained I had a bad knees. They gave me a room towards the fwy, it was so noisy, I couldn't sleep all night. And the smell in the room was horrible, they use this chemicals to clean rhe room, tgat was so strong. It gave me a migraine. I also called during the night to tell them the Tv wasn't working. They never answered their phone. Bad experience, I don't understand why Wyndham adds their name to this horrible hotels. I wish I would of git my money refunded. I felt sick and unsafe in that room. I am a female and so was my friend.
