「good location, free guest laundry, cleanliness not good no window, broken gym equipments,」

「Our room and bed were comfortable. There was a generous amount of tea and coffee provided. Toiletries also provided. Parking is free and secure with tightly angled entry and exit gates. Unfortunately we were allocated an accessible room so the sink was very low and shower was behind a drape curtain. People moving around the corridor overnight were extremely noisy.」

「Staff need to check that all bottles of soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner are actually full. Many were empty. Crockery and cutlery were also insufficient....example no complete set of plates, knives etc.It was very quiet too.」

「Some road noise but OK, only one basin/sink but not in b'room」

「Place is always clean and tidy and staff always helpful」

「Everything was nice, neat and clean, staff were helpful, comfortable bed. Everything I needed. Very happy!」

「Great friendly staff. Free EV charging on site for guests」
