The room was very small and looked like a motel 8 room. Outside of that, very beautiful hotel, outstanding restaurant and awesome staff

Arlo Washington DC
New hotel very conveniently located close to capitol Arena and Chinatown. Lots to do. Only problem was check in. Staff told me that room was being inspected after cleaning and we would be able to get our rooms within 30 minutes. An hour later still no notification.
