So our room was dirty the moment we went in. Urine was in the toilet and the bed had dirty sheets on it. There was a lizard in the ceiling. The Front desk manager Tia Facey was rude to us the entire check in process. Even when we had issues with the room she ignored us and didnt come to help. "Crystal and Shanalee" can't remember the spelling of their names but they were great to us the entire time. They helped us feel comfy even though we had issues with the room/hotel.

Our stay was nearly perfect. We have traveled extensively throughout the world, so we truly recognize and appreciate exceptional service when we experience it. The level of service and attention to detail at this hotel was simply amazing—honestly, among the very best we have experienced anywhere.
We were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our stay. The staff made us feel completely at home—perhaps even better than at home! Their hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care made our time here truly memorable.
