「The staff are very friendly always are trying to provide help, but be advised Breakfasts are Not being offering frequently as advertised, cleaning rooms are poor, No hot water, you get what you pay…!! good luck.」

「Hotel location is good and safety area, It’s very clean room and breakfast is nice. 」

「Nice and clean place, great location. Quiet rooms. Rooftop was 🔥 with the ⚽️ game 🇨🇴. The coffee demonstration was excellent. Friendly Staff.」

「This hotel was terrible. Because of running out of water supply, they promised to give us refund, but they never did. We called them and emailed them, but they ignored. Even if water was stopped running, they didn’t help us to find another hotel we could stay. We had to look for a hotel after 9pm and we even weren’t familiar with the place because we just arrived. The hotel stuff was helpless and they didn’t offer us anything. I don’t recommend to stay this hotel because of their service. 」

「Staff weren’t very interested in helping. Other people were loud. My things were taken by the cleaners and put in the cleaning trolley. I had to grab them myself」
