The pictures online do not reflect the current condition of the unit. They are old file pictures.
The condition is tired and it was in need of an update. The lock box in the unit was out of order.
The entry door lock seemed flimsy and this one didn't have electronic access lock.
The shower leaked slowly with water on the floor constantly. The kitchen sink cabinet smelled moldy.
The curtains were difficult to open and close
they were due for updating also!
A far cry from luxury...the unit view was of the town center courtyard and artificial salt water lagoon.
Not a Sea view!
The unit we had is maybe ok for a couple of nights but for extended stays look elsewhere.
There was no washer or dryer if considering longer stays.
The grounds, salt water lagoon, associated exercise activities are great. So it's not all negative.
The few restaurants Cala at the lagoon and Bianca beach bar have happy hours once a week, so an opportunity to meet others at these popular times.
The lagoon main owners pool area is open Saturday evenings for dinners and entertainment
for everyone, just have to reserve in advance.
Playa Blanca beach is a short walk away...
The staff were always available and helpful with assistance...
