We need a late check out and they said they had no room to do so. Said the only room available was a business class made us to pay a lot just to stay couple hours more and after I paid they said I could stay in the same room. No offense but I thought they were thinking just about getting more and more money. Next time I will book an overnight even though I won stay because that ended up so expensive for us. Plus we won’t stay at that hotel next time.

The hotel was great. It is not on the beach, and the area is a bit noisy and congested, but that's Rio.

Location was really convenient . Supermarket and laundromat very close by which was handy as we stayed for 12 nights. Staff were friendly , polite and always helpful. Small pool upstairs but cozy quiet getaway with views . Gym -needs and update . Treadmills old and the elliptical wasn’t working.
