Decepcionante

Tive problemas no check in. O quarto reservado não correspondia ao oferecido. No site estava 1 cama de casal e 2 de solteiro. Havia somente 1 cama de casal e 1 de solteiro. A recepcionista resolveu me oferencendo um quarto com 1 cama de solteiro porém com banheiro compartilhado. Não recomendo o Hostel.

Tivemos uma excelente estadia, todos os recepcionistas do hostel muito atenciosos, preocupados e constantemente mostravam interesse em ajudar e sempre buscar o melhor para nos, ficamos muito satisfeitos com a prestação de serviço da Família Logoa Guest House! Sem contar pelo local que é bem situado, perto de tudo, Cristo, pão de açúcar, praia de Copacabana, Leblon.... Custo beneficio tanto da estádia quanto do local, são perfeito! pois como é próximo de tudo, o valor dos translado eram insignificantes Quero agradecer imensamente pela recepção e amizade prestada da Equipe Lagoa Guest, pois nos sentimos em casa! Muito bom gostem.

Tive uma estadia muito agradável. Toda a equipe é muito solícita e comunicativa. Os quartos são limpos, roupas de cama e toalhas limpas. Os banheiros também são bons, embora os chuveiros estivessem com problema. O café da manhã também é bom. A localização é perfeita pra quem vai fazer o processo no casv e entrevista para o visto americano.

Treated almost like family

I had arranged for the hotel to pick me up at the airport due to a midnight arrival. A man holding a sign with my name was waiting at the arrival gate. I had no Brazilian currency so I asked if a credit card would be accepted. He said the hotel would pay him and I could pay them with my card. The hotel paid the taxi but could not reach the manager re credit card. So they said I should pay the next day. I slept through breakfast and was pleasantly surprised when everything was brought out again just for me. They preferred cash so I went to a nearby bank. After paying and checking out, the staff spent a lot of time providing me travel info. Excellent place for home base.

Como uma casa de família

A localização do hostel é excelente. Tem ônibus para todos os lugares. Além disso, o bairro é lindo, pertinho da Lagoa e do Jardim Botânico. O café da manhã também é ótimo e existem muitas opções de restaurantes, mercados e pizzarias ao redor. O hostel disponibiliza toalhas e roupas de cama, além de trocá-los sempre que pedimos. O único inconveniente é que muitas vezes os banheiros estavam sujos. O problema maior é que nesse tipo de acomodação tem gente de todos os tipos, de todos os lugares. Por isso fica difícil manter a higiene... As moças da limpeza eram atenciosas e sempre limpavam quando pedíamos. Todas as pessoas que passaram pela recepção eram muito atenciosas e nos receberam muito bem.
