Terrible experience. The hotel didn’t have the services listed to the hotel description. Expedia was not able to even contact the hotel. I lost time, money, and had a very bad experience at the hotel. I am leaving Expedia too. They were not able to resolve my issues.

No provision for early arrivals. After traveling 13 hours by plane was asked to wait 6 hours for a room. they wanted $10 per bag to hold them until check-in. The only restroom available was up steep stairs(I am unable to walk up to it.) I paid $70 to get into the room early. The lobby was full of others waiting for check-in. There were no healthy options for the daily breakfast. They made a mistake about my end date causing me to pack and when they discovered I had another day, they offered another room (which I declined.)

Experiência terrível

Se você for passar uma noite e não achar nenhuma outra opção, saiba que encontrará um hotel extremamente antigo sem nenhuma manutenção. Primeiro que reservamos um quarto duplo mas quando chegamos só havia uma quarto quádruplo. Logo, disseram que pela manhã deveríamos deixar nossas malas na recepção para quando liberassem um quarto duplo faríamos a troca. Os quartos tem cheiro do mofo assim como as roupas de cama e lençóis. O quarto tinha um BURACO no teto, um buraco entre o encaixe do ar condicionado que dava para os demais quartos da varanda, ou seja, os quartos de fora conseguiam ver DENTRO do nosso quarto. A única coisa que salvou foi o café da manhã que serve bem. Mas as instalações são simplesmente terríveis.

Sem wi fi nos quartos

O hotel está sem internet nos quartos. Para mim que trabalho home office foi desconfortável ter que descer pra a área comum do hotel para ter que usar o wi fi.

A minha estadia foi tranquila. O check-in vai até as 00:00 e o check-out vai até 12h. No meu caso, meu voo era apenas as 21h, mas pelo valor de 10 reais eles guardam nossas bagagens e deixam usarmos o banheiro. Isso foi ótimo e suficiente para mim.

Ótimo hotel e perto do consulado.

Li muitas avaliações negativas sobre o hotel. Porém,não consigo enumerar nada negativo. O hotel é antigo,mas tem quartos grandes,banheiro grande com uma ducha muito forte,água quente no chuveiro e na pia. O quarto estava limpo e cheiroso,cama ótima,cobertores,lençóis,toalhas e travesseiros muito cheirosos, Café da manhã ótimo! Fiquei só um dia pq fui para tirar o visto. Mas se precisar voltar ao centro do Rio,ficarei lá novamente. O check-in é feito às 14hs,não liberam antes. Mas isso já tinha lido também. Como cheguei muito cedo,paguei para deixar as malas guardadas no hotel,cobram 10,00 por mala. Mas para mim o hotel é nota 10!!! Nada que desabone minha estadia. Paguei 150,00 para duas pessoas pelo hotéis.com. Pena não ter tirado nenhuma foto para postar aqui.

A experiência foi ótima e fomos bem atendidos do check-in ao checkout. O quarto é confortável, com ar-condicionado gelando muito. O banheiro, apesar da estrutura antiga, estava limpo e organizado, com água quente disponível. O café da manhã muito bem servido durante os 6 dias de hospedagem. Sua localização é ótima, porém ao redor do Hotel sempre há moradores de rua, o que requer muita atenção. Seria uma boa ideia deixar ao menos 1 segurança no "beco" de acesso ao hotel, diminuindo a insegurança durante a entrada no mesmo.
