It was a great stay. The hotel is well located, it's clean (lobby, restaurant, bathrooms and the room). A/C worked fine. The room was a little tight but understandable for the rate. Staff was kind and helpfull. The bed was confortable Only negatives: the coffee was not good. tried all the different coffee based beverages at the restaurant but the quality and taste were not great. The wifi is also an issue, since it only gives you a 24 hour pass that requires that you sign in again after that period. If you don't remember to log in again every 24 hours you will lose connection. one tiny thing: There is a sign in the bathroom indicating to leave the towels in the floor if you want them washed. The sign has the word "COUNT" (the little details count) or something like that. However, the O in that word is styled so its longer and thiner. That causes an effect where the O in that word is kind of lost. And if you remove the O from the word count, it spells out a pretty strong word in english. Would be good to adjust the desing of the lettering on that sign.

The staff were welcoming and always ready to assist. They even provided us with a packed breakfast for an early excursion and a snack for an early ride to the airport. The room and hotel was well kept and they had a great breakfast both hot and cold. The hotel was close to a major park, good for a walk or run. And we were walking distance from restaurants and bars. Highly recommended for a stay in Santiago.

Staff was amazingly attentive and helpful. Room was basic. Not bad for one night.

Can be a really nice hotel with some upkeep. The room I stayed in could use some new paint and corking in the bathroom. The TV in the room was too small and didn’t have local channels to view. My Netflix did not work due to my subscription plan so I had to resort to just watching videos on YouTube whenever I was in the room. The neighborhood is of the locals (lower & middle class) I didn’t feel unsafe maybe because I’m from NYC lol There was breakfast every morning which included 2 different types of eggs, breads, cheeses, meats, danishes/donuts/cakes, fruits & coffee / teas. The hot tub would’ve been a great touch if it was working. The outdoor sitting / smoking area is nice, comfortable & has a nice view of the mountains. The staff were nice. There’s no iron in the room but you can ask the front desk for one to use (no board). Bring an adapter to charge your phones / cameras, the rooms are not equipped with an USB outlet, will need the euro adapter. The bus and train station is around the corner from the hotel & there are a few local restaurants & bodegas in walking distance. There is also shopping & malls close by.

En el hotel todo perfecto, el personal amable, el lugar tranquilo, pero los alrededores es un tanto peligroso, los uber te cancelan por no entrar em esa zona.
