"Was looking forward to staying here based on reviews and pics of the property. Turned out to be a super disappointing experience. Our kitchenette wasn't cleaned before us. It was gross. The dishes were still wet with food on them from the people before and none of the pots and pans were washed. I washed them all. Its also really insanitary to expect guests to hand wash dishes for the next guests. Most hotels with kitchenettes have a dishwasher. The kitchenette was pretty bare minimum. No knives, no toaster, only 2 glasses...there was also no garbage bags in any of the waste bins. The floors were dirty. After requesting for the room to be cleaned for 2 days someone finally took care of it. The rest of our 7 day stay our room was never cleaned and no one ever even checked to take the garbage out or replace towels. We had to ask for eveything. The pool and hot tub also weren't very clean and was closed for 2 days which just added to the disappointment. The gym is super nice and the price is good but not for the lack of hospitality. We won't be staying here again and I wouldn't recommend it to other travelers."

"The check in was fast and efficient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good breakfast, happy hour and dinner. The room was clean, little outdated but clean. There is an option to make s’mores for free at the fire pit which is great for kids. It is a great atmosphere there. Love that it is pet friendly! Our weekend stay was enjoyable and we will be returning. "

"The room seemed clean until we stumbled upon an empty can of alcohol beneath the bed where we had dropped our phone. The pool was dirty, I think the pumps were off or broken. There was dead flys floating in pool and debris. Pool towels are indeed hand sized towels so beware.Staff was nice and friendly, and breakfast was nice."

"Excellent space with plenty of room and amenities. Quiet neighborhood, but close to several shops and restaurants on Campbell. Very comfortable and surprisingly cool in the Tucson heat. Loved sitting out on the patio in the morning, sipping coffee, listening to the doves and watching the lizards scurry between the rocks. Liz was super nice and a great communicator."

"The stay at the property started out on a bad note. The staff person at the check in counter was both rude and uninviting. No smile, no Hello welcome. If I was the manager of the property, I would have fired him on the spot."

"Upon arrival and attempting to check-in, the key was not in its assigned keybox and I was unable to get in contact with the owner. When I finally got into the space, it smelled of stale cigarette smoke. I used aerosolized air fresheners to remove the smell. Initial inspection of the apartment revealed a number of small cockroach like insects. A tenant/friend of the host placed some mats that were supposed to address this concern, but I continued seeing them throughout my stay, including a large one coiled in the shower two nights before my departure. Two nights later while showering, I overheard Tucson police attempting to detain a tenant in a nearby unit. Two nights after that, while unloading groceries from my car, I came out to see a racial slur etched into the dust on the back window of my car. Having parked in front of the security camera, I requested the host run the footage to determine who was responsible. It ended up being teenagers belonging to another tenant in the building. In the week leading up to check out, I began to notice small, 1mm like itchy bumps on my hand. Having had a previous experience with bedbugs, I am very familiar with suspicious presentations and began to look out for signs of an infestation. I slept in my vehicle the final evening of my stay because I was not going to be able to stay in the unit. Loaded my car up, went to work, and went back home from there. All parties involved should be ashamed. Truly an embarrassing show of business."

"Excellent stay. The home was as described and the photos were very accurate. Owners were in touch and saw to our needs and were very pleasant to deal with. Plenty of room. The pool area and hot tub was where we spent a great deal of time and enjoyed it. Good location near shopping and restaurants. Had everything needed in the kitchen, and plenty of towels and hot water. Would recommend to anyone needing a home in the Tucson area."
