The rooms and hotel were very clean . All the staff were polite and friendly. Didn't have breakfast or use bar. Large carpark and close to everything. Would definitely recommend.

Arriving at Sprowston Hall it was impressive. However, Room was tucked up a lot of stairs (not told of this at reception) Bed was very uncomfortable, duvet was too small for a double bed - with 2 people in, only 2 pillows (which werent comfortable) - no spare. Room was freezing too. Went to the bar ...
