"Cottage was in a great location! Easy checkin and check out. Love the proximity to shops, nature and my mother’s house. Had a small issue the first night since it was so hot and the AC wasn’t on before arrival. Despite the quaint space, it took a lot of time for it to cool down to a manageable temperature. Would recommend if arriving on a day over 85 that you request the AC be turned on the morning of your arrival for comfort.Few other items to note to future guests: be aware the designated parking space does require parallel parking skills and there isn’t actual laundry in the cottage, but is available for a fee at the laundromat nearby. The bed was very comfortable and overall the cottage was a great value for what I needed during my extended stay. Highly recommend Hobbes coffee around the corner and the atmosphere at Ship Bottom was fun and the CoOp/Farmers Market reminded me of my PNW roots. Will return. "

"We were visiting our daughter at school and getting her moved out for the summer. We were looking for a place we could relax in, cook our meals, be near Swat, and be able to jump out to Philly as well as visit family in the area. Russ’s property was ideal. We had room for all, the listing is accurate. We had a little trouble with the WiFi but Russ had it sorted without problem. We’ll definitely return!"
