「The desk clerk at evening check-in was haphazard - she gave us a room that was already occupied. This happened to another couple that same evening. I overheard the morning desk clerk talking on the phone about having to sort everything out, so I think this was a one-off problem and unlikely to be repeated. Everything else was great.」

「Clean, staff was helpful and easy in and out location. Starbucks and pizza just steps out the hotel door and across the parking lot. A/C unit in the room was loud and traffic noise from the highway is prominent. If you are a very sound sleeper, no problems at all.」
