Apartments in Richardson for Rent

"This little apartment in N. Dallas was a certainly a clean and comfortable space, and the pool was a fun feature. However, the unit was difficult to access. We spend a good 15-20 minutes trying to find the building itself, as well as the individual apartment. No elevators made it a little difficult getting up 2 flights of stairs with a weeks worth of luggage. Also, if you're sensitive to the smell of marijuana, you may want to find a different location, as the neighbors clearly use it."

"This place was terrible. Primary bed was broken, couch was broken, mold in the shower, rust completely inside and outside of the coffee pot. Entry is really complicated, there are 3-4 different gates all with different gate codes and we didn’t receive the right codes to get in. No one will ever answer the phone, you can only email and when I told them everything wrong and that I didn’t want to stay there because beds were terrible and everything was broken, dirty and not cared for they refused...

"There was a storm at our rental 2 days prior to our arrival (we were not aware of). There was a huge downed tree right outside our apartment. We were without power for a period on the 2nd day there, and had no hot water the first 2 days of our stay. We contacted the property manager who advised she was not aware of any issues. The apartment had food crumbs in the drawers and in some of the cupboards, we spent a little time cleaning and swept the floors. There was dark, long hairs in the bathtub...

"We requested early check in and it was approved, but then instructions for check in were never sent 3 hours prior like promised. The apartment was not as clean as we had hoped. The toilet never stopped running, laundry was left in the dryer, the master bathroom shower needs attention, the towels were very old and thin (could barely get dried with them) and the rod holding the curtains up fell on us as we closed them (they were not properly hung up). The layout of the apartment was a great space....

"Overall a great stay! Our only negative would be that the hot water in the shower didn’t last very long before it was only cold. Being close enough to walk down to the lake for New Years fireworks was awesome!"
