"It was a surprisingly wonderful experience altogether Staff was friendly and professional. The locations was great. The facility was clean and well kept. The food was fresh and good. And the price was very good! We plan to do it again."

"Pictures do not reflect the quality of the hotel. We were in one room and had to request a room change due to the shower leaking all over the bathroom floor and the pocket door to the shower getting stuck and exposed wires where a lighting fixture was missing. The second room had what appeared to be mildew on the grouting around the shower. We were on the lower level and when anybody walked in the room above us, the floor floor‘s creed. Beds were uncomfortable and the room were extremely small. "

"We stayed 8 nights at Element Dallas Richardson, traveling from Toronto with our family for the Dallas Cup. Honestly, I’ve been trying to find something negative to say, but I can’t. The staff were incredible, always friendly, smiling, and one step ahead of everything. Small things made a big difference: helping us print documents in color by going out of their way, or bringing fresh towels to the pool area even when we were just sitting outside. Breakfast was great, and the staff there, especially one lovely lady, made every morning better with her positive energy. Also, the 24/7 coffee machine in the lobby was a big plus. The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job throughout our stay. If I had to mention anything, our ground-floor room faced the street, so we kept the curtains closed,but that’s really not a complaint, just a minor detail. Overall, one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in a long time. Also, people in Dallas are incredibly friendly, it made the whole trip even better. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back."

"The building property is old but the lobby is the only thing redone. The rooms need work, the water was clogging in the restrooms. Adding on top of everything, the front desk lady during the day was the most rude person I’ve come across."

"The hot breakfast had a variety of items- scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, milk, juices, and coffee. The hotel parking lot felt safe and the staff was friendly. We would definitely stay here again."
