Parking is nice right in front of your room

We have stayed here probably fifteen times or more and it seems to us that things are getting pretty lax. There was no soap in shower, no kleenixes in holder, and the room smelled musty. When trying to obtain two extra towels, no one appeared at front desk for five minutes and then I left. Then front desk girl on Sunday told us breakfast was at six, but didn't start til seven. Maybe comfort suites is a better option next time.

Overall, I found the room and facilities to be adequate. I would say there is a general lack of maintenance. The outside doors on the back of the building don't close or lock properly and the one luggage cart was falling apart. Only one ice machine was functional. To be totally fair, there was a sign out in front of the hotel advertising that they were looking to hire maintenance staff so I am sure they are trying their best to hold things together. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room had a smart TV but it was not setup with internet access so the smart features were not functional. The issue that seriously concerned me was the power setup for the nightstand lamp. The lamp had built-in outlets, and I plugged my CPAP into it. Several times during the night, I woke up to find the CPAP had shut off. For someone with severe sleep apnea, this is a serious and potentially life-threatening situation. I discovered the lamp’s cord was plugged into a wall outlet directly behind the mattress, where the plug was pressed against it. Each time someone moved or rolled over, pressure on the plug appeared to interrupt power to the lamp and its outlets. The outlet location and mattress position created a serious health and fire safety hazard. A 90-degree plug would likely correct the issue, but one was not being used. I had to move my CPAP to an extension cord connected to another outlet so it stayed powered overnight. This setup should be inspected and corrected.
