"After booking a 3 stars hotel we been moved to a 2 stars hotel. No refund on price difference, staff nice and polite. The room was nowhere near renovated as advertised, split beds (very uncomfortable). The included breakfast did not had alternatives except for sweets. usually being a buffet, instead we been served by the kitchen staff. "
