「No bedsheets no toiletry, no towels are provided. First time, I am heard from the host saying, 7 days notice is required to arrange all that stuff. I have been earlier through stayz and we are provided all those linen etc., Horrible experience; That 7 days notice information was known to be when the check-in information was sent to me. At the time of booking if that level of information is shared we wouldnt made the booking.」

「Excellent accommodation, offering all the conveniences for our sray. Carport, secure premise, well equipped kitchen with great range of tea/ coffee pods. Living and dining spaces made it feel like home. Great lication with a short walk to the beautiful beaches and coast. Would highlt recommend. 」

「We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor.」

「Overall the cottage was quite nice. There is however, room for improvement. Outside light not working, bathroom light not working, two of the lamps either didn't have globes or globe was burnt out. One of the bedrooms has a fan however no dial for the fan to be switched on. Cottage has no stove top or oven so had to make do with a microwave settings. At least an airfryer should be provided. There was a power outage and although the host was aware, they didn't seem concerned about any...
