Hotel was under some improvements but overall I love the way the Atrium is set up. Not a fan of the gated parking but it serves it's purpose.

Walking distance to several restaurants

Implacable management ... won't work with the client when problems arise. And the foam mattresses are horrible

The hotel was great except for the parking. Street parking was free, but to find a place to park on the street that wasn't two or three blocks away was like winning the lottery. They do have a parking garage that costs 24 dollars a night. Even the garage was a block away. The walls are very thin as well. You can hear everything.

The staff and services were great, there was always someone available. And everyone was friendly. The weekend was busy and a lot of us wanted to swim but unfortunately the pool was “being cleaned”, the staff said it would open at 10am Saturday morning. But no one was able to swim, because the pool, stayed closed the entire weekend, up until Monday, the day we left, it was still locked. The breakfast could get a little better also.
