"We stayed at apartment 7 for 6 nights and received a warm welcome from the host. She showed us our room, explained a few things and told us where to knock if we needed anything. The apartment was clean and tidy and had a lot of room. We used the sandwich maker that was in the kitchen to make our breakfast every morning and walked about 5 minutes to the beach. "I absolutely loved our stay here. It was our first time in Montenegro, and the whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. From the airport transfer and warm welcome from the reception team, to the breakfasts, lunches and dinners at the property, everything was so well looked after. The location was perfect — right on the beach and within walking distance of the Old Town, which made it so easy to explore and enjoy everything Budva has to offer. I especially loved our evenings dining outside at the restaurant, listening to the live music and watching people stroll along the promenade. We also took a few day trips outside Budva during our stay, and the hotel kindly arranged taxis for us, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Such a warm, relaxing and memorable stay. We absolutely loved it and would happily come back!"

"This hotel had extremely spectacular views. We paid extra to have the ocean view with the balcony and it was worth the money. The location was amazing and the beach chairs at the sister hotel were great. The rooftop pool was spectacular with views and good music and a vibe. Zara at the front desk was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable in terms of activities and points of interest. Coming from the states sometimes there is language barrier but Zara’s English was outstanding. The staff put a cherry on top of this amazing experience and wonderful hotel."

"Customer service was very hit and miss. While some staff were friendly and professional, others seemed uninterested, often offering no greeting or smile. The complimentary boat service to the port was poorly managed. We arrived at 6:50 pm, within the advertised 6:00-7:00 pm operating hours, but the boat had already left. The next day, we arrived before 6:00 pm and it was already full. 2 friends of the skipper pushed their way to the front and jumped on the boat so we ended up squeezing onto an overcrowded boat for the 10-minute trip. It was also disappointing that hotel guests had to pay for basic sunbeds, as the free ones were usually taken. Reception arranged a private taxi that cost €45 for a 20-minute journey into town. The next day, I specifically requested a metered taxi for the same trip and it cost only €25. A more transparent approach would have been appreciated. Breakfast was below average, with dried-out food, overripe fruit, and unhelpful staff making even a hot drink difficult to order. Overall, the hotel has some positives, but inconsistent service, poor communication, extra charges, and disappointing breakfast quality detracted from the experience."
