"Very nice and newly renovated hotel in the heart of the city! The hotel staff was very friendly and had good suggestions on things to do around the city. Karlsruhe downtown is easy to explore and everything is walkable from the hotel. There is also a public transit station right in front of the hotel in case you want to go further. With the central location comes the only downside, it’s not ideal if you travel with a car as you can’t drive up to the front door of the hotel to unload and near by...

"The property itself was very nice (although does give a slight impression of an adult hotel!). However we had issues with not being able to contact the property to arrange a late check in (we tried and also had to get Expedia to try to contact them too) as we were told reception would only be manned until 7. Thankfully this wasn’t the case and a receptionist was there much later, but it did cause some unnecessary stress. Essentially the stay was good but communication dreadful."

"Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."

"The room has stairs to separate sleeping area to the living room. This makes it very inconvenient if you need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night."

"The place would have been ok, but I went when it was 35 degrees out and the room was awful. They had a tiny fan in there but it did nothing. The room was right by the sun so I woke up with sun blaring in my face as I had to sleep with the windows open. I had my dog with me and he was miserable. I ended up leaving to another hotel with air conditioning and that was wonderul. I realized that going forward I will always search for air conditioning. The hotel was not bad, but the fact I had to leave...
