Great Escape Villa Asteri is a fully autonomous three-level residence, designed with contemporary architecture, elegant lines, and a distinctive thematic aesthetic. It features a private swimming pool and breathtaking views that accompany your stay from morning until night.

With five separate bedrooms, the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests, offering spacious, bright, and fully equipped interiors. It is an ideal choice for families or large groups seeking comfort, privacy, and a high standard of hospitality, combining relaxation with a sense of luxury. The villa also offers the option to prepare meals, enjoy wellness experiences.

Layout
Ground Floor

Upon entering the ground floor of Great Escape Villas (Asteri), you will find an open-plan, functional space that includes a living area and a fully equipped kitchen with branded appliances, a breakfast bar, and a dining area. The space is air-conditioned and features a 45’’ smart TV for comfortable moments of relaxation.
From here, there is direct access to the terrace, the private swimming pool, the BBQ area, and the villa’s outdoor spaces.

The ground floor also includes:

One bedroom with a large double bed, 32’’ smart TV, air conditioning, a window with a view, and a wardrobe for clothing storage.

One bedroom with two single beds (bunk bed) and a wardrobe for clothing storage.

One bathroom equipped with a bathtub, shower, and a washer–dryer in one unit.

First Floor

On the first floor, you will find a bright open-plan area with a living room, air conditioning, smart TV, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. This level also features a bathroom and access to a large terrace with outdoor seating, where you can enjoy views of the sea and the mountains.

The first floor includes:

One bedroom with a two single bed, wardrobe, 32’’ smart TV, air conditioning, and direct access to the terrace with views of the pool, the sea, and the natural landscape.

A shared bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

Second Floor

The second floor hosts two comfortable bedrooms:

One bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, 32’’ smart TV, air conditioning, and unobstructed sea views.

One bedroom with a queen bed, wardrobe, 32’’ smart TV, air conditioning, and access to a terrace overlooking the endless blue of the sea.

A shared bathroom with a shower is also available on this level.

The villa’s outdoor area is fully fenced, ensuring complete privacy, and is the ideal place to spend most of your day.
