キチネット・スタイルおよび周りにレストラン、スーパーがあり生活しやすい。徒歩数分のイタリアン・レストランや、近隣のスーパーで食料を購入して食事をしました。スタッフは日替わりで変わりますが、みんなフレンドリーな人で気持ちがいいです。

ハウスキーピングがない。
ハウスキーピングがないというのが、よくわからなかった。もう少しわかりやすい表示にしてほしかった。宿泊してから、フロントに注文をいうことになってしまった。また、食事付きとなっていましたが、内容はコーヒーとスナック菓子のようなものと、甘いカップケーキみたいなものでした。もう少し表現を変えたほうがいいと思います。

このホテルというよりは、欧米のホテル全般の傾向ではありますが、冬期の乾燥は喉に悪いので日本からの旅行者の方はご注意ください。 バスタブの栓がが無かったのも日本人としては残念(外が寒いので、半身浴でいいから浸かりたかった)

到着後しばらくして、フロントから「問題はないか?」と確認の電話がかかってきた。以前より顧客サービスが向上したと思う。(以前エアコンの調子が悪くて難儀したことがあり、そのときの対応は悪かったが、今回は良かった) 治安は良い地域だが、人通りが多いわけではないので、女性単独の場合は注意が必要(これは相変わらず)

3月のレストンでエアコンの故障した部屋をあてがわれるとは思いませんでした
到着初日、エアコンが動かなかったためフロントに問い合わせたところ「明日直す」という回答。部屋を変えて欲しいと希望しましたが「予約システムの都合でそれはできない」と断られました。 幸いその晩は比較的暖かく、毛布を重ねてしのげました。 この価格帯のホテル、3月のレストンでエアコンのない部屋に泊められるとは思いませんでした。部屋を変えられないのはホテル側のシステムのためか、担当者が面倒くさがっただけなのかは分かりませんが、総合評価は「1」とさせて頂きます。(本当は0を付けたいくらいです)

レストン・ダウンタウンに近い安めの宿
仕事で行ったレストン・中心街のホテルが余りに高かったので、利用した(ここもモーテル形式の割には安くなかったのだが、会議期間中でホテルのキャパが少ない場所だったから仕方がないとは思う。)。予想したとおりの場所、設備だったので、可も無く不可も無くといったところ。 コメントでは無料WiFiのつながりが悪いということだったが、そのようなことはなく滞在期間中は順調に繋がった。また中心街への道は人通りがほとんど無いが、街全体が治安が良い雰囲気を醸しだし、ホームレスの方も1人も見かけなかったので、夜でも特に不安は感じなかった(ただし治安が良いといっても、米国であるので十分に注意すべきである。)。 注意すべきは、ハウスキーピングは、7夜以上の滞在、含まれている宿泊料でないと、追加料金を支払わないと行ってくれない。ただし、タオル、シャンプー等はフロントに申し出れば取り替えてくれる。また電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、電気レンジ、食器類は備え付けられているが、調理器具はなかった。これも申し出れば借用できるとのこと。

いわゆる「モーテル」スタイル。すぐ近くにスーパーがあるので便利。 但し、レストンのダウンタンからの道が夜は暗くて人通りが無いので注意。 ホテル前にタクシーが常駐しているわけではないので、レンタカーを借りておくか、Uberを準備しておくことをお薦めします。

立地条件良し!
ホテル自体は特に可も無く不可も無く、普通のキッチン付きのまあまあ大きいお部屋で良かったです。ポイントはファストフード店とスーパーが近くにあり、10分ほど歩けばレストラン等が沢山ある所もあり、良い感じでした。また同じ要件でこの地域に行く予定があれば、このホテルに泊まると思います。

Nobody was at the desk when we arrived and there was a sign directing guests to call on the house phone to reach a staffperson. The house phone didn't even have a dial tone and didn't work. I waited 15 minutes for someone to appearad he checked us in and directed us to our room on a map. The room was dirty and the sheets had not been changed and were covered in the remains of what appeared to be an everything bagel. I went to the desk and he handed me sheets. I guess having the guests make their own beds saves them maid service costs. That evening the smell of Marijuana smoke kept creeping into the room from vents or past the large gaps between the door and doorjamb. The next morning we had planned on cooking bacon and eggs in the kitchen but found the cooktop wouldn't get hot enough to prepare food. We also discovered that the shower curtain was so short that water from the shower got all over the floor. Asked for a replacement curtain and two days later found one on the corner of the bed. They went into the bathroom because they turned off the lights and fan I had left on to dry the floor but evidently it was up to the guest again to do maintenance tasks. Their continental breakfast consisted of packets of instant oatmeal and muffins which you had to ask for because the basket containing them was always empty. The desk clerk explained that if they leave the basket full the homeless people they have housed there take them all. So in a nutshell avoid this dump at all costs.

Our room was just fine, and we had no problem with the staff or facility. Front desk was helpful for our needs. However there was screaming from other rooms at least 3 of our 4 nights, foot traffic after midnight every night outside our door. on our last night the room beside us punching the wall hard enough to cause electrical flickering in our room and (he) was screaming for at least a half hour.

The property isn't aesthetically beautiful or anything, but it's clean and safe. The staff was friendly. It is definitely no-frills. If all you need is a clean bed and shower, then it's fine. I was surprised/disappointed that there wasn't a coffee maker in the room. There wasn't anything in the room. No cups, plates, silverware, pots/pans, etc. There was a fridge, a stove/oven, and a microwave, but nothing else. I was only there for 1 night so I didn't need anything, but this is an "extended stay" hotel. I don't know if maybe you were staying longer you have to ask for those items? I also saw on the Expedia site and on the hotel's website that the hotel offers free breakfast, which it did not.

Room was dirty. Floors were sticky. Water pressure in the shower was abismal. Look somewhere else and pay the extra $20 for something nicer.

It was a nice room , however they booked several people next door and around our room , the ones next door were loud till about 2am and the ones on the other side had a kid banging ball against out side wall at 6 am . and through the morning till I had to bang on wall and tell them to get away from our place, other than that the hotel was very nice, they need to keep their word , told me that was a quiet location , it wasn't at all

I didn’t like anything about this property, it was like a rundown projects property. I checked in and the room was filthy, roaches, food, and a hint of urine in the rugs. This property is used as an apartment complex. This is the worst place I have ever stayed.
