The whole experience from the valet to the room was amazing. The waitress in the cafe was wonderful! The only issue was the bell person. She literally slapped at my mom’s hand when my mom went to catch her pillow that was falling off the cart. We get doing her job and protecting our belongings and ...

Silver Legacy Reno- A Caesars Rewards Destination
Loved it! Except only 2 out of 4 elevators working. Long waits Fri-Sun. Water in the bathroom sink was burning, hot or freezing cold. The room air/heat didn’t work very well room didn’t get cool enough!
