"The property did not explain that this place has no windows. It feels like going to a basement with spa amenities. There is a constant ventilation noise to minimize the musty smell. Furnishings looks ok."

"Arrived around 10am, room was not ready, they try to expedite and the room was ready around 1pm,so aprreciate by early check in and upgrade to bigger and clean room. Staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast is delicious, many choices. Only thing is no hair conditioner provided, the hotel was connect to a shopping which can easily access, so no problem for getting any amenties."

"We stayed in the two bedroom apartment. The room is spacious and comes with a in-unit washer machine, which is convenient if you need to do laundry. Rooms are clean and the staff are nice. We will come back if we are in the area again."
