"My son and I enjoyed our father son trip and his first visit to Europe. The hotel staff are very helpful however we chose this hotel because they offer a pool to latter learn it was separate charge and not for children."

"Very fun well decorated hotel with communal spaces. Unfortunately we only stayed for 2 nights, 1 day, and there was a problem and no hot water for that day. We called the reception and they confirmed they were aware, but still no hot water until the next morning when we were leaving."
