「This place is amazing! Impeccably clean, great layout, plenty of space, nice outdoor space (we didn’t use as it rained while we were there) I could picture using it in the summer! Well stocked kitchen. Everything worked as expected. Would definitely stay again!」

「The property is clean and pet friendly. The downside is that the rug in the covered patio is in deep need of replacement as there is a heavy smell upon first entry-- which is not indicative of the rest of the property, but also not the best way to be introduced. The only other thing is that I didn't realize that the beach was a 15 minute drive, rather than walk. The owner is very very responsive and that was great because I accidentally locked myself out. 「The townhouse was exactly as listed. It was clean and had all the essentials. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our dog also enjoyed her stay. There are steep (uncarpeted) stairs to get upstairs to the bedrooms, so be sure that everyone in your group ( including the dog) is able to handle stairs. A great weekend away. 」

「I can say a lot of negative about this stay but it won’t help. The positives are that Bonnie, the property manager and the local HVAC repair company literally could not do more to help alleviate some of the major issues. Cleaning company clean up after the previous renters was sub par. Home’s overall appearance compared to the photos is deceivingly different and much smaller. It’s very outdated and in need of a remodel. Ceiling fans shake to the point of detachment while doors stick shut and...
