We stayed at the property with my family (2 adults + 2 under 7), my mom, and my sister (2 adults + a 1 year old) for a family beach vacation in late August.
Pros: Very short drive to the beach (about 2 mins). It comes with 2 parking passes so we never had to pay for a meter for the beach. It was a little too far to walk with young kids and all the beach gear but we knew that and were fine walking. It had plenty of rooms for all of us to stay and we even had an extra unused room. Communicating with John the owner was SUPER speedy and fast. When we saw a mouse at the property, he had an exterminator come as soon as possible. (We never saw him again nor any signs of him like droppings, so maybe he was only staying outside?). There are enough beds, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The kids loved the bunk bed and didn't have any issues with the circular stair case. The kitchen had everything we needed, the appliances were all updated. The kitchen, first floor powder room, bedroom, and FF bathroom were all updated. Floors were updated, too. We mostly used YouTube to watch anything on TV since we didn't want to log in with our accounts and then not be able to log out when we left. WiFi access was very easy to use. They had a trash service that came regularly, also. Laundry was easy to use, as well.
Cons: The second floor was a little more dated. It wasn't really a detriment since we were out and about most of the week, but the ceiling above one of the showers had mold on it and the shower curtain in another bathroom also had mold in it. This is probably because there aren't fans in the bathroom, so the mold is harder to prevent.
All in all, I recommend the property. It will be hard to find a better location that won't cost you thousands of dollars more. It's a good value.
