"My length of stay , 2 days. The scent of the property had a fresh and clean smell which I really appreciate. Connecting my electric devices to Wi-Fi was a smooth transition. The room was okay, the shower walls and shelves had left over hair, Im a believer of cleaning the bathroom on any hotel visits. The room phone didn't work which was a disappointment because I wanted to turn off my phone since my stay was for education purposes. I walk down to the front desk( I did attempt to call the hotel from my cellphone but no one picked up)and put in a maintenance request but it was after 5pm and I had to wait until the next day. Next day room phone was still out of service. My husband was at the room while I was in class and requested for maintenance and clean towels. On my return from class 12 noon , I requested for maintenance again and towels. We waited, no maintenance. We had to take a few trips to the front desk, and our room was not close, we were on the 3rd floor on the opposite end of the hotel where the exit stairs is located a distance from the only elevator location to get downstairs. The back and forth walking was a bit much. The breakfast is not worth the wake up to eat. "

"Exceeded expectations. The staff were warm and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with the plenty of options. I was limited on time and Divya insisted on preparing waffles for me and wrapping the plates in foil for me to carry to my room. She went above and beyond and I’m still so impressed with her kindness and the way she interacted with other guests getting breakfast. She’s a gem. I asked for the names of the other staff, because each made the stay more enjoyable. It was a quick overnight for us to attend a funeral. "I had a HORRIBLE experience last night and it caused me to be so late to work this morning. There was a dog barking non stop for like about 2+ hours around 9:30ish at night. I called the front desk about it and they said they would try to reach out to the guest. I tried to go back to sleep but the dog was still barking. About maybe 45 minutes went by and I just could not rest with the dog barking, so I called the front desk and all they said was that they tried calling the guest and no one answered. It wasn't until I contacted Hotels.com customer service via chat when they were able to help because they called the front desk again; Shortly after that - I could hear when someone entered the room and the dog finally stopped barking."

"We stayed in a king suite, rm 520, it wa spacious, thoughtful layout and the room was clean. Staff was friendly and provided wonderful service. Check in and check out was a breeze. Would definitely recommend. "
