「Good breakfast options. Love the 24 hour Costa Coffee machine in the lobby. Clean rooms and a comfortable bed. Staff always pleasant and helpful. 」

「Hotel replaced clean towels and removed trash in the room only, never remade our beds, the mattress I was sleeping on had a huge blood strain. Air conditioner in the room wasn't working correctly. The staff manager was very friendly and helpful when I had to reschedule our stay. Unfortunately the complimentary breakfast wasn't good at all. Waffle maker wasn't working correctly, ran out of milk for cereal and the apple juice wasn't cold. Next time I will pay the extra money for a more...

「Enjoyed my stay - I’ve stayed before and I’ll stay again. Quiet area within walking distance of several restaurants. Room had everything I needed. 24/7 coffee in the lobby made up for no coffeemaker in the room. Breakfast was really good.」

「Very attentive, polite, friendly staff here. Very nice place to stay they put out a tremendous breakfast buffet for the KU graduation on Sunday the 18th. Everything was absolutely delicious! Midwestern hospitality off the charts here so nice!」

「The ac was strong. But being next to a busy road with door and windows leaking light that at no point left the room what i would consider dark. The front desk was helpful for replacing the towels and such, however the apparent lack of and noise isoation is a negative. Every step or thought of out upstairs neighbors sounded like a horde of wild animals(assuming they weren't just rowdy) and the beds weird thin metal frame thing made my movements echo as the metal flexed.」

「Everything was terrible about our stay there. It was Dirty. It had a kicked in door. It had mold on the ceiling and mold on the shower curtain. It was damp. It had a broken TV. I would not recommend anybody staying at this facility.」
