"The pool was supposed to be heated but was really cold. Although the kids didn’t mind there wasn’t a hot tub for adults and it was far too cold for me and seemed like the other parents around me. The shower was extremely disappointing as well, the water never got hot. At best it was warm. We ate at landshark for dinner and the food was “okay.” I guess I just had higher expectations. For $100 more a night kids would’ve had a better time at Great Wolf Lodge."

Breakfast had many options and of good quality. The room rate was more than reasonable. This was the most enjoyable stay I've had in some time."
