"From the start we were informed the elevator was not in service, to constantly having to get the key recarded every other day. As well as having to wipe down every surface in the room with Clorox wipes to disinfect and feel somewhat clean. I most definitely will never stay here again. Hope this helps someone who is thinking of staying here."

"Property was great, room was comfortable and very spacious. The only thing that could be better would be the staff. When arriving the front desk agent was nowhere to be found. I waited for 10minutes. Also when leaving the front desk agent did not follow up about stay or even cared that I was checking out. Following some of the valet is lazy or lack of care. Hospitality and customer service goes a long way. I would hope to stay here again but wouldn't care to speak to any of the staff."

"I thought I would be getting more of a luxury experience but it was not it at all. The room was clean from the naked eye but I noticed the floors were dirty and the room had a smell to it. The air was NOT working. Maintenance tried to gaslight me into thinking it was the placement of the air but it was literally hot all night. I could hear someone snoring in the other room. Front counter staff was not friendly at all. When I came in, a woman was on the phone for at least 5 minutes. No acknowledgement of my existence, no “one moment” or even a finger to show she will be with me. She did apologize so I’ll give her that. Also had to pay a $75 pet fee for having my little dog in the room for one night, I guess that’s not her fault just thought that was a bit much when my dog was not even there with me my entire stay. Literally, just there to sleep and she was out early that morning. As far as the atmosphere, I felt very uncomfortable. Like I said, you smile and wave at the staff and they look at you like you’re crazy. It was very weird. My experience there was not a great one. Maybe my standards are too high but either way. I will never room at this specific location in Concord again. 0/10 experience."

"We had a terrible experience with the check in staff. The room served it's purpose. Bed was comfy enough. The elevator was out, but the worst part was the staff member at check in. When we came back to the room after our event (close to 1am) our key cards were deactivated. Apparently, we were never checked in and our room was issued to someone else! They occupants walked in and saw our stuff then returned to the front desk. The check in girl was rude, argumentative, and then never actually checked us in! Terrible, unprofessional, and unsafe!"
