"I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and had a good stay. The room was older, and okay, and mostly clean. The shower could use a good deep cleaning in the corners, but other than that no complaints. The hotel staff at all levels was the best I have seen in many years. Every staff member was professional and genuinely happy and helpful. It was very nice to see a welcoming greeting when I arrived and during my stay. A+ for all of the staff. Don't let any of them go. "

"The room was so dirty, the floor was covered in hair and dirt, the fan was broken and covered in dirt. We booked this motel for 2 separate nights book-ending a long road trip and we already cancelled the 2nd stay as it was a terrible experience. "

"The outside grounds were covered in garbage and needle caps. When we checked in at 6pm, the man who checked us in was rude and i dint appreciate him in anyway. Our toilet was loose and not connected to the floor, our door was also covered in something sticky. Not the experience we ar3 use to at an Oxford property."
