"My wife & I have just returned from our 10 night stay in Prima Life where I celebrated my 60th. My honest opinion of our stay is, I would consider this more a 4* hotel. Although the rooms were lovely they were not as I would expect as a 5* hotel. The rooms were clean and I opt for a sea view with balcony which was nice. Room cleaning was excellent and our room cleaner Ali was fantastic and did a great job. The staff were very friendly throughout our stay but we did get hounded by one of the staff members trying to sell us a candle light dinner & exclusive dinner every day even though I had already booked this ahead with Expedia but he made out I was not telling the truth. The overall experience was fantastic and I would recommend this hotel. The hotel has got some entertainment and some that is paid for. The trip with Tito’s to Make a wish (Magawish) island was worth every penny and would highly recommend it. It’s an all day trip with snorkeling and a stop to a lovely island, great scenery of pictures. If your traveling take Dollars and you do need a Visa purchased on arrival or online ahead. No credit cards accepted at the airport although you can withdraw money but the exchange rate isn’t great. "

The food is outstanding, offering a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste — just ask, and you’ll find it. When my husband wasn’t feeling well one day, the care we received was beyond words. The staff kept checking on him, and even the hotel manager personally came to make sure he was okay. Their kindness and attention truly touched us. Jaz Elite Asteria is simply superb. We’ll definitely be back — and I highly recommend it to all families looking for a perfect getaway."

"This is a very nice resort with three swimming pools, four restaurants, a large beach and beach front bars. As our suite had an individual pool, we did not spend much time around the large public pools. We did use the gym which had sufficient equipments for a workout. Buffet offered large selections. Room was comfortable. If we come back to the Red Sea, we will stay at this resort again. "
