All hotels I have stayed in up until now have offered welcoming drinks (even just a basic juice would be fine) and provided a tour of the hotel facilities so we know where the pool and dining is. 「Air conditioner was not working in the first day but they fix it later and everything was okay. Other than that the food was very good, the rooms were clean and there were lots of fun activities. Will definitely be back!」

「Rooms/suites require upgrading. Bedding is worn out with holes! Our sheet was changed once only at our request! Large balcony, although generous was not swept or washed in the 2 weeks we were there. Communal areas are well maintained, however toilet facilities need upgrading and more frequently cleaned. Staff were always polite and helpful. Large general restaurants also require upgrading, however the à la carte restaurants were very good and offered something for every palate. 」
