"Had a lovely week at the ALDAU and was blown away by home huge it is. The pool is an absolute beast! A great family spot with lots to do and great service and staff. The food wasn't especially amazing unless you were able to score a reservation to one of the restaurants on site, which was nearly impossible to do, and you could only go once if you could. "We had one of the first 3 renovated rooms which was very spacious and well appointed. Great position for us in a quiet area and very private terrace. Big resort with lovely grounds, bar areas and even its iwn shops and inly 2 minute walk from El Gouna Downtown for dinner and shopping. The oy downside for us was the pool areas ate too small for the complex as very cramped. The main pool (fitness) had constant music and quite loud but only German language or organ style instramental but not...

I said “No way”. There was no towels or shampoo. The place smells like sewage at times due to the heat and humidity. Checked out at 11 pm for the airport. Located in a deserted place with no real restaurants or shops. I wouldn’t recommend this place even it’s $10 a night. "
